A true renaissance man, Nathan was a third year med school attendee at the University of Minnesota before he decided to start a consultancy practice focused on the diversity and inclusion issues facing the state of Minnesota. His work with indigenous people has garnered praise from politicians and publications alike. His most recent project, The Great Rise, is a coalition built to deliver equity to BIPOC communities in Minnesota through recreational cannabis legislation.
